2016 is here, and I've already caught a cold. Here's what I managed to dredge up for goals for the new year, excluding 'drink three gallons of NyQuil' and 'burn out my sinus system:'

• 13000 words per week

• Less Netflix

• No, Seriously, LESS Netflix

• More Yoga

• 4 Plate Deadlift

• 2 Plate Bench

• Finally Figure Out Handstands

• Write at least one TOTALLY AWESOME article every week

• Publish an article on a reputable news site

• Finally podcast again

• Shoot video again

• Find a community

• Play Dungeons and Dragons

• Go somewhere awesome

• Enjoy life
